Sammamish House

SAMMAMISH, WASHINGTON – RENOVATION & EXPANSION

This house is in a great location, but it was too small for the growing family who live here. We kept the garage and the existing foundation, rebuilt the first floor, and added a second floor. This project is under construction and will be complete in 2024.
